Will County Services

In addition to our township responsibilities, as a convenience to our residents we are a host to a satellite office of the Will County Clerk .

You may apply for a marriage or civil union license here.

Will County Recorder of Deeds also has a satellite office here.

Services provided include recording all documents and military discharges as well as copies of recorded documents. Online public document access is always available at www.willcountyrecorder.com. Questions can also be directed to them as well at 815-740-4637.

Passports

A passport application appointment can be scheduled by calling 630-759-1317 Monday thru Friday from 8:30AM-4:30PM excluding holidays.  You will need various types of identification which can be found Travel.state.gov along with the forms and other essential information.

The Acceptance Fee for this Location is Cash Only and is $35 per applicant.  Other fees charged by the State Department must be paid via check or money order.

For Minors, both parents need to be present, or you must have the proper State Department exclusion forms.

Catholic Charities: Aging and Disability Services

Aging & Disability Services at Catholic Charities offer Options Counseling, Information & Assistance, Care Coordination, Crisis Intervention and volunteer opportunities for older adults and persons with disabilities. Caregiver programming is provided to support family caregivers and grandparents raising grandchildren. A caseworker from Catholic Charities is available at DuPage Township every Wednesday from 8:30am-4:30pm at the township administration building.

Hines VA Outreach

Hines Outreach staff is available at DuPage Township for veterans who would like to inquire about VA services and enroll in services. Veterans wishing to enroll in services are asked to bring in a copy of their DD-214. Hines Outreach staff is available on the 2nd Thursday of the month from 10am-2pm at the township administration building.

Will County Center for Community Concerns

The Will County Center for Community Concerns is Will county’s local community action agency who’s purpose is to serve low-income families and empower them to become more independent. Community Concerns offer a variety of services including mortgage counseling, rental assistance, utility assistance and job placement services.

Community Concerns locally administer’s the LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) program to help residents with their heating utility during the winter months. A caseworker from Community Concerns is available at DuPage Township’s administration building every Monday from 9am-3pm for residents wanting to apply for LIHEAP during the program year (October-August).

Notary & Self-Serve Paper Shredding

As a service to residents, Notary service is available at the township administration office and paper shredding is available at the Levy Center during normal business hours (8:30am-4:30pm). Paper shredding is self-serve and free to use. Residents need not be a senior to use the shredder.
